The "My First Ride" event series enters its second round with the 1000m elevation gain challenge.
Meeting point: 8.00 am at the Augartensteg
Please arrive on time, feeling fit and well-rested. Anyone who hasn’t already received it will be given the stamp card for the entire series, along with some useful tips.
After going over the ride rules, we’ll set off together and tackle our first climb towards Andritz on Rannachstraße. We’ll head down to Gratkorn via Gratwein and then up to St. Oswald near Plankenwart. The final two hills will be Steinberg and Plabutsch, where we’ll finish with a stop at Johann & Paul.
Level: for beginners
Pace: slow
Distance: approx. 60 km
Elevation gain: approx. 1000 m
Terrain: approx. 15% gravel paths, side roads, cycle paths
IMPORTANT!
Everyone is welcome to join the “My first ride” event series. Out of respect and to support less experienced participants, leaving the cycling group is expressly NOT encouraged. The pace will be slow throughout and all participants must adhere to the set pace.
We look forward to achieving all your goals together and, at the end of the series/season, looking back with pride on the year and your achievements.
